Geography Club
In Geography club this term, we are exploring different countries by looking at photos and finding out where they were taken, using our atlases and map reading skills to narrow down locations. We will develop our geographic knowledge and vocabulary by using landmarks in photos, from physical features to human features, and start to recognise the differences and similarities to our home country. The aim is to both widen the children's academic skills and their knowledge of the wider world.
We’re slowly building up a great knowledge of places all over the world without having to leave the classroom!
